Description
Poême Eau de Parfum by Lancôme is a rich, sweet floral fragrance for women, created by perfumer Jacques Cavallier and launched in 1995. It is built on a contrast between the delicate blue Himalayan poppy and the heady desert datura flower.
The opening pairs the airy blue Himalayan poppy with lychee blossom for a soft, slightly fruity floral lift. The heart blooms into a sunny bouquet of mimosa, orange blossom and jasmine, powdery and luminous at once.
In the base, warm vanilla wraps around the intense datura flower, giving a creamy, enveloping dry-down. The overall impression is opulent and romantic, a classic floral with a velvety, sweet finish.
