Reef 33 Black Eau de Parfum by Reef Perfumes is the original Reef 33, a minimalist woody-spicy fragrance for everyone from the Saudi house Reef Perfumes. Released in 2020 and composed by Kevin Mathys, it is known for its black and gold bottle and its short, focused note list.
It opens on Indian saffron, warm and slightly leathery, before an aromatic heart of rosemary adds a fresh, herbal contrast.
The base is built on agarwood, giving a dark, smooth oud finish. The overall impression is bold yet clean, with a refined oriental-woody character.
